FULL TIME MARKETING ANALYST NEEDED - $500 USD/mo starting - Weekly Pay+Bonuses+Performance Incentive+Sick Days+Vacation

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who has experience with online marketing/promotions management and amazon.com.

He/She must have a steady, fast internet connection, experience with PPC (pay per click) ad management, account management, an understanding of online CRM management, and display a great deal of organizational skills.

Because we are in a high growth phase of our company, you will be expected to complete numerous daily tasks involving online business development and product promotion strategies.

Your responsibilities as a FULL TIME Marketing Analyst are to:

Marketing
Sponsored Ads & AMS Configuration/Management
Sponsored Ads & AMS Reporting
Performance Tracking On Marketing Efforts
Daily Tracking/Reporting Internally
Weekly/Monthly Client Marketing Performance Reporting
KPI Reporting

Finance/Accounting
Assisting with monthly accounting activity

Desired Skills / Expertise / Qualifications:

- Ability to work FULL TIME 8:00 - 5:00 CST, (14 hours behind Philippines), Monday - Friday
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience working with a CRM (contact relationship management software)
- Minimum three years virtual assistant experience
- Minimum three years of product management and e-commerce experience
- Typing skills with at least 50 WPM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability and willingness to take astute notes on all tasks progress
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Ability and willingness to work some early mornings and evenings
- A strong, reliable, fast internet connection

COMPENSATION:

- We pay through xoom.com or Western Union
- Base salary will be $500 US dollars per month
- We pay on a weekly basis
- Use of time tracking software is required
- We pay bonuses for great work
- We pay 13th Month Bonus
- We give pay increases based on performance
- Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
- These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
