We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will primarily focus on providing remote guest support, managing vendors (cleaning and maintenance crew schedule), and maintaining accurate records of revenue and expenses for our business. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent remote guest support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via
Coordinate and manage the schedules of cleaning and maintenance crews, ensuring timely and efficient services for our
Track and document revenue and expenses related to property rentals, including rental income, utility payments, property maintenance costs, and other expenditures.
Prepare regular reports summarizing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile financial records, review budgetary allocations, and assist in financial forecasting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of guest interactions, vendor contracts, invoices, and other relevant records.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally and empathetically engage with guests, vendors, and tea
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules, track financial data, and maintain accurate records.
Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and meet
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with financial tracking preferred.
Availability to work in a remote/virtual work environment and maintain a reliable internet connection.
