Business Valuation Specialist

We are in search of a highly-skilled Business Valuation Specialist with experience in business valuation using Moneysoft. An Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential is ---------- ndidates with prior business valuation experience will be considered for long-term partnerships. Our company provide valuation, cost segregation, SEC audit and tax preparation to the United States client.

This role involves managing valuation engagements for estate planning purposes for our clients, specifically within the metal scrapping business, which reports estimated annual revenues of $35 Million. The chosen candidate will be required to enter tax return data, complete the initial draft of the valuation report, and incorporate pertinent market data, all within a stringent 7-day deadline.

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax returns and business valuation.
Proficiency with Moneysoft software (remote desktop login will be provided).
Familiarity with AICPA reporting standards. The candidate's biography will be required in the report we sign off.
Proven ability to distinguish and execute both valuation and calculation engagements.
Excellent analytical, time-management and report-writing ---------- fortable with daily meetings on Zoom with the reporting manager.
Flexibility to work between 6AM - 3PM Philippines Time, to communicate with our team in California or Hawaii.
