JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Ad Manager who specializes in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads for our digital product sector. As a Paid Ad Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing ad campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

You must work in EST timezone.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive ad strategies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audience, competitors, and industry trends to inform ad campaign planning and optimization.
Create and manage compelling ad creatives, including text, images, videos, and landing pages, tailored for each platform.
Monitor ad performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
Continuously test and iterate ad elements, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve desired KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid advertising on Facebook, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align ad strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Attend weekly tea ---------- etings to provide updates on ad campaign performance, discuss strategies, and coordinate efforts with other tea ---------- mbers.
