Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Illustrator with a high emotional intelligence quotient to join our team as an Emotional Intelligence Designer. The successful candidate will not just be an illustrator; they will be a creator. You will be responsible for researching, documenting, and interpreting the messaging from various anime, translating it into compelling graphic designs for our clothing line.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and understand the emotional nuances in anime storytelling.
• Create and implement detailed illustrations, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Convey complex emotional themes through simple and elegant designs.
• Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Follow instructions to meet design objectives, while also bringing your unique creative perspective to the table.

Requirements:
• Exceptional illustration skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Fluency in English, both in reading and writing.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
• Experience in designing for the apparel industry (preferred).
• Understanding of anime and its subtleties (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers the opportunity for significant earnings. We believe in rewarding success and, as such, your work will be compensated based on its success, with a structure that could enable you to earn upwards of Php 300,000.00 / mo.
