Affiliate marketing and influencer marketing manager

Azura Jewelry (Upgrade to see actual info) is a New York-based e-commerce. We specialize in nature-inspired gemstone jewelry with a price point from $80-500. Our goal is to empower our customers to express their unique individuality and style by inviting them to mix, match, and stack their pieces to create one-of-a-kind combinations that reflect their spirit.

We are looking for an affiliate marketing manager with the responsibilities below:
1) Research through youtube, tiktok, Instagram to source qualified influencers that fit into our program.
2) Own relationship management, inclusive of outreach, negotiations, and contract development for all paid influencer and affiliate partnerships
3) Optimize and scale global influencer programs, providing strategic, performance-based insights
4) Affiliate onboarding and outreach: evaluate and monitor existing affiliate partners to optimize performance, add net new affiliates and influencers to scale
4) Own measurement and reporting system to evaluate impact
5) Develop and execute global affiliate and influencer marketing strategies across existing and emerging markets

Requirement:

1) Able to work 9-5pm EST hours. ( do not apply if you can't work on Eastern hours, thanks)
2) Responsible and have great work ethics.
3) Influent in English, outgoing and able to have conversations
4) detail oriented, able to manage projects with attention to details.
5) Fast learner with a growth mindset.
6) Take ownership of one's own projects.
7) Team player.
8) Willingness to go extra step!
