JOB OVERVIEW

Patient Coordinator Medical Assistant. Part-time $2.8-$3.5 per hour. 5-6 hours per day


Coordinating and Communicating Responsibilities (requires use of phone calls and emails)

Conduct patient intake and process admission paperwork
Do scheduling for field staff and coordinate activities as needed
Monitor live scheduling electronic system
Take initiative and follow up with field staff
Update scheduling on our internal scheduling software as needed
Communicate and responds to inquiries on our internal scheduling software
Check insurance eligibility
Submit insurance authorization

Office Support

Filing and uploading digital files
Make phone calls and answering phone calls
Assist with auditing duties
Data entry
Making changes to documentation as needed
Assist with other office duties as needed
Assist with company's software training and staff technical assistance
Assist with other administrative tasks


Education Requirement: Bachelor, or Higher education

Other Requirements

*Fast and reliable internet (minimum 25mbps)
*Fast and reliable computer (minimum I3 processor)
*Minimum 1 year of working overnight
*Minimum 1 year of working for American company or billing company for American healthcare providers
*Healthcare background or history of working for healthcare clinic/agency or medical background
