Account Manager

Be the front line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will be responsible for driving projects and accounts and ensuring excellence in thinking and execution across various clients. You will provide training for Support Trade through face to face and zoom presentations. You will maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Support management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activity and potential for new products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Meet or exceed sales goals
Reach out to leads through calls and emails
Present, promote and sell our products and services using solid arguments to prospective clients/customers
Understand, coordinate and promote company services
Maintain client records
YOU MUST HAVE
A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Business or related field
With 1-3 years of related experience
Native speaker of Filipino (speaking in English is a plus)
Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Passion to maximize sales opportunities and eager to learn
Foreign Exchange and Financial Market knowledge is a plus
