About the Role:

We are currently seeking a new accountant experienced in United States taxes

***JOB DUTIES***
1) [IMPORTANT] U.S. Tax Filing
Sole Proprietor & C Corporation U.S. tax filing
(a)1099
(b)1120
(c)1040

2) Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other financial reports

3) Take care of notices from EDD, City of LA, other private or government agencies


REQUIREMENTS:
*MUST have knowledge in filing US small business & corporate taxes

*MUST have knowledge using QuickBooks

* QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification preferred
* or other verifiable Quickbook Certification

* At least 6 months-2 years of relevant work experience

* Proficient in double entry accrual accounting methodologies.

* Experience as bookkeeper or similar role in healthcare education industry
* other accounting experience
