Work Companion

I am looking for someone with the following traits to be a good work companion while I catch up on a backlog of work and build several businesses.

Qualifications or skills the person must have:
- Excellent English fluency: listening and speaking, reading and writing
- Conventional Intelligence. I am looking for someone that was able to do well in school easily.
- Social Intelligence. I am looking for someone good with people.
- Hard working. I am looking for an applicant that has worked 60 hours a week before and that is the norm for them.
- Available. I am looking for for an applicant with consistent availability at US EST daytime ---------- ndidate temperament:

Compensation: $4 per hour to start, Annual increases of 3-10%, Bonus opportunity of up to 20% of base rate
