Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for selling? Do you have excellent data entry skills and an interest in the real estate industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking an Entry level sale Manager.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:


The Sales’ Manager primary duties include closing/ securing real estate contracts that meet the company’s standards, The Executive of Sales will lead the Sales team and provide training. This position is for someone that has an entrepreneurial spirit.
Qualification

1. Proficient in English: The candidate should be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this position.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Word: The candidate should be able to use Microsoft Word to create and edit documents, including contracts, financial reports, memos, and correspondence.

4. Strong organizational skills: The candidate must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

5. Experience with online phone portals: The candidate must have experience using online phone portals to make calls and log information. Ensuring that the team is making 80- 100 phone calls and emails.

6. Detail-oriented: The candidate must be detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

7. Research skills: The candidate must have strong research skills to conduct market research, gather data, and provide relevant information to the team.

8. Multitasking skills: The candidate should be able to be versatile, including administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and managing emails.

9. Attention to Detail: The candidate should have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all documents, contracts, and other legal paperwork are accurate and complete.

10. Positive attitude: The candidate should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be willing to take on any task required to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

11. Ability to hit monthly target deadlines: The candidate must be able to work under pressure and hit monthly target deadlines.

12. Ability to attend meetings and take great notes: The candidate must be able to attend meetings and take accurate and comprehensive notes.

14. Flexibility: The candidate should be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.

15. Experience: Experience in real estate; cold calling, and market research, but not required.

16. Availability: The candidate should be available to work part-time hours, with the flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to meet the demands of the business.
17. Hold weekly Sales Upgrade to see actual infond updates to the Ownership group.

18. Train and develop Leasing Team and provide suggestions to the Real Estate Manager. Ensure the Sales Team is conducting themselves in accordance with the company’s Policies and Procedures at all times while conducting business.

19. Able to produce reports in a timely fashion.

20. Ability to establish and nurture internal key relationships.

21. Proficiency with Prop stream, black book, and various CRMs.

22. 1-2 Years of Leadership experience.

23. Oversee all sales activities, all inquiries have been responded to, providing updates. Making sure the sales associates are properly taking training when due, following up with prospects, and ensuring all prospects have been followed up with.

24. Perform telephone shadowing. Listening to sales associates’ phone calls and making giving proper feedback to assist with their success.

25. Recommend strategies and programs for upper Management.

Upgrade to see actual infovelop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.

27. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

28. Strong sales and negotiating skills.

29. Ability to create and maintain strong prospect and resident relationships.

30. Ability to work independently, prioritize duties, manage time efficiently, and multi-task.

31. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

32. Has a can-do attitude. Has a track record to show they are successful with the role.
