The Position
We are looking for a Full-time Google Ads Specialist!

You will be the next addition to our dynamic team. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining the Google Ad accounts of our clients.

Your role will include the whole process:

Duties:
1. Keyword research, landing page optimization/feedback for the web team, setting up all ads, writing copy/headlines, optimizing ads, setting up conversions in tag manager
2. Analyze performance data to identify trends and patterns in order to improve campaign effectiveness
3. Create reports detailing campaign results and making recommendations for future campaigns for client clarity
4. Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI on a regular basis
5. Manage up to 20 - 25 accounts or clients - you will not start with this workload, but this is where we will be headed
6. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful campaign launches and execution
7. Must communicate effectively with the team
8. End of day progress reporting


What We Are Looking For
1. Team player
2. Extremely driven to experiment, test, and verify methods of achieving the end results
3. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search ads, Performance Max), Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (experience with Microsoft Advertising - formerly Bing Ads is an asset, not required)
4. At least 2 years of solid experience working on Google Ads marketing campaign (working in an agency environment is highly valued)
5. Fluent at creating & managing Conversion Tracking
6. Google Ads certification is preferred
7. Experience working with clients and providing excellent customer service - we have client success managers who handle most of the client communication, but you may have to chat with clients occasionally
8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (Required)
9. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
10. Ability to learn new systems/ processes quickly
11. Show initiative to improve on existing processes and systems
12. Be committed to learn and continue to grow with the business over time

What We Require
1. Full-time hours (40 hours a week)
2. Ability to work in an Atlantic time zone (Canada) with zero issues
3. Great internet connection
4. English proficiency - Very Fluent
5. Strategic Thought - Process & A strong ability to prioritize tasks/initiatives
