We are looking to expand our team of procurement professionals and are seeking strong admin operators who love what they do. The position is demanding and fast paced requiring you to work closely with our internal and external teams across various geographical regions.
You will be responsible for the processing and management of all procurement activities across various of our brands and will work closely with our manufacturing and 3pl warehouse partners. Building strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders across Asia, USA and Europe is critical to the success of this position.
As part of the purchasing team your role is critical in ensuring orders are processed and delivered on time. All steps as part of the Elevate Brands procurement process need to be followed meticulously to ensure the highest possible on time delivery metric is
What you will do as a Purchasing Analyst:
Lead the purchasing team and activities.
Daily / weekly reporting on procurement SLA’s
Manage and update supplier data in our operational software tools and folders
Manage all procurement activities across a select group of brands
Track and manage end to end “on time delivery” responsibilities
Vendor and project management responsibilities
Inventory replenishment and reporting
Costing management and vendor negotiation
What the ideal candidate looks like:
At least 3 years experience in managing a team
Experience in Purchase Order Management
Minimum 5 year experience with Asia based suppliers. (China, Vietnam, India etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent Admin skills
Must be strong with Google Suite
Must have strong excel skills in doing complicated vlookup, pivot tables and formulas
High attention to detail
Love working with suppliers
Motivated with a self-starter mindset
Well organized with the ability to multitask
