E-commerce Accountant

Hi there!

I’m looking for a PRIVATE IN-HOUSE accountant who is specialized in e-commerce! NO AGENCIES!

Background:

- We process about 200k USD in revenue every month.

- 2 stores.

- We are a registered USA LLC.

- Payment processors are
1. Shopify payments
2. PayPal
3. Afterpay
4. Stripe

- Bank accounts
1. Mercury USA
2. Jeeves USA
3. WISE business
4. DBS Singapore


What I’m looking for:

- Great communication is VERY important.

- Quick PnLs after month's end.

- Clear, easy-to-understand accounting statements.

- Accounting advice. (i.e. we can reduce transaction costs here.... etc.)

- Preferably ASIAN (SINGAPORE) time zone, but not necessary.

- Please include the word “E-commerce” upon applying for this job.

- Someone who isn't afraid to suggest improvements and communicate with me about anything.

- Bonus if you know how to file taxes etc.

- Bonus if you have a degree in accounting.
