Sales Coordinator/Recruiter

United States based Roofing/ Storm Restoration Company is looking for a Sales Recruiter/Coordinator to help our office recruit, and mobilize and assist a large effective sales team. (Ability to make and receive international calls required.)

DO YOU QUALIFY?


• Must be extremely outgoing and organized with strong social/people skills.
• Must have past experience placing ads, recruiting, conducting face to face (zoom) interviews, and building a sales team!
• Assisting, managing, or providing strong administrative support to a sales team.
• Past sales and/or sales experience, or admin. background in construction or trades is highly desired, but not necessary
• Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
• Must be a Fire Starter with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.
• After 90-Day review, eligible for bonuses and/or raise based on the performance of the salespeople your recruit, and help retain.
• Proficient with Office Computers, Excel, CRMS, and other programs desired.
• Potential to move up quickly in our fast paced Company
