Training Assistant Supervisor

Directly reports to the Manager for Training and Business Development (TBD) under the supervision of the TBD Assistant Manager by providing invaluable contribution in all departmental scope of work* as directed by the Department Head. *Divided mainly into two general scope, i.e. Training and Business Development.
Contributes in developing and conducting various training and presentations including, but not limited to, opportunity presentation, distributor and staff training in the Manila office and in other areas covered by the Philippines market.
Participates in the smooth and successful facilitation of corporate and distributor’s training and activities as needed.
Contributes in the implementation of different department-related activities, strategies and promotion to further the growth of Philippines ---------- velop and enhance rapport between Independent Distributors and Customer and as a Company.
Provide field support for various distributor ---------- refully and meticulously prepare miscellaneous reports requested by immediate superiors.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed by superiors.
Strictly abide by the Company’s office policies and procedures indicated in the Operations Manual.
Must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree. Education/Teaching, Nursing or Pharmacy background preferred but not required.
Preferably 25-35 years of age.
At least 3 years work experience as a trainer.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Tagalog). Ability to speak in other dialects is a plus.
Above average interpersonal skills.
With initiative, flexible and can work with minimal supervision.
Team player, willing to multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Willing to travel.
Above average command in spoken and written English
Familiarity with different Social Media Platforms (particularly FB, IG, YT) and it’s management and analytics
