About the Role:
I am a leadership coach and I am looking for a part-time virtual assistant to manage social media (content, visibility, engagement) and start
Objectives:
(1) Establish thought leadership and brand awareness and to establish/develop
connection.
(2) Nurture relationships through thoughtful
Responsibilities:
1. Weekly social media posting -
• Create short video posts (by reviewing my video learning programs and cut / extract content in short clips into new tiny videos) that are 60-90 seconds long each), save the tiny videos to my Vimeo account. Create leadership related
quote images using my Canva design (I am open to new design ideas too).
• Send the draft content to me for review/feedback then finalize (the goal is to
have content ready at least 2 weeks in advance), organize content in a way that’s easy to track.
• Each week, post 1 tiny video and 1 quote image on Linkedin (my primary platform for engagement),
know it’s done. Track and report social media performance, increase visibility and engagement, and make recommendations.
• Not urgent, could later explore the appropriateness of using Linkedin
Newsletter feature instead of regular posting.
2.
• Over the first 2-3 months, we may start targeted
connect our effort on social media with
manage performance. May discuss strategic use of ads to increase reach but not a focus for the first few months.
• Propose ideas for potential ways to grow

Requirements:
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Need to be able to understand and write about leadership topics – you will be able to watch my leadership learning videos.
• Proven experience in social media management and
• Video editing skills. Can upload videos to my Vimeo account.
• Graphic design skills with proficiency using Canva.
• Strong client communication skill is essential, including responsiveness and extremely high say-do ratio.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Willing and able to challenge the client and present better ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines.
• Available to have a weekly zoom call for planning and alignment.
