Creativity and Visual Appeal: We expect you to create designs that are not only visually appealing and modern but also unique and industry-specific, reflecting the personality of each business we serve.

Conversion Optimization: Your designs should not just look good, but also work well. An understanding of conversion optimization principles is essential to ensure the websites you design generate leads and sales effectively.

UX/UI Design: You should have a firm grasp of UX/UI design principles. Your designs should offer an intuitive, user-friendly experience that meets the needs of our clients and their customers.

Project Execution: Every day, you will work diligently to complete a list of tasks, which may include designing website mock-ups, creating custom icons, updating brand style guides, and overseeing project workflows. Your ability to check off tasks efficiently and effectively is ---------- sign Expertise: You should have a strong command of web design, responsive design, and graphic design, and be confident in your ability to produce different styles to match client needs. A strong understanding of Adobe design programs, Figma, WordPress, Kadence Theme & Blocks Framework is ---------- munication Skills: You will be in regular contact with clients and tea ---------- mbers via email, messaging, and video calls. Your ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and promptly is crucial.

Technical Requirements: You should have a computer that is 4 years old or less, a fast internet connection, and backup internet. Having a headset or microphone and video camera is also required for tea ---------- etings.
