Minimum Qualification:
1. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a professional certification in accounting.

Skill and Experience Requirements:
1. Experience in basic general accounting tasks
2. Experience with Australian accounting/taxation
3. Bookkeeping and report preparation
4. Expansive use of Xero accounting and tax software

Home Set-up Requirement:
1. Stable wired internet connection with at least 15MBPS speed (DSL/Fibr)
2. Laptop or desktop computer (With at least 4GB RAM, Windows 7, Intel Core i3)
3. With working HD webcam
4. Noise-cancelling headphones
5. Quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit working space

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Australian business hours (8:30am - 5:30pm PHT), Full-time, 5 days a week.

Salary Range: Depending on experience
**Includes 20 paid leave days and 12 Australian public holidays
