We are looking for FOH PARTNER to be assigned at Buffalo's Wings N' Things located at SM City Santa Rosa.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help the team execute day-to-day operations in line with the Restaurants Quality Service and Standards
Ensure customers' satisfaction by providing an excellent and professional service to customers
Ensure co-workers' and customers' health and safety in the workplace
Execute BWNT Service & Hospitality Touchpoints in a consistent manner
Mastery and Execution of BWNT Service and Hospitality Standards
Deliver GIFTS to BWNT customers in an excellent manner:
o Great Food
