Job Overview: As a Community and Membership Manager - Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the community of students and members of the School of Marketing. You will be a key member of the School of Marketing team and will be responsible for creating engaging content, facilitating conversations, and providing support to students and members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and engage with the School of Marketing community across various channels, including social media,
Monitor and respond to student and member feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional
Create and manage events, webinars, and other activities to enhance the student and member experience.
Collaborate with the School of Marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
