Lead Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Manager who is full of energy and a good team player to join our team.

Job Description:
As a lead manager your main job will be acquiring leads, filtering & scrubbing data, skip-tracing, and uploading the leads to our CRM! Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality will be essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibility
• Search, scrub and filter lead lists & upload to the MLS.
• Skip trace, and collect emails, phones numbers and other info
• Provide assistance in properties due diligence
• Use Facebook, Instagram, and linked in to identify leads
• Research markets, and bring in new ideas to improve
• Provide executive assistance

REQUIREMENTS:
• Have at least 2 years of experience
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organized & Process orientated
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Must be a team player
• Has a reliable working PC and a noise-canceling headset
• Must have or can add a dual monitor setup
• Must have good internet speed
• Quiet work environment at home
• Must speak and write English fluently
