Bookkeeper Needed For Physical Product Ecommerce

Ideally we’re looking for somebody that would like to build a long term relationship and stay with us for a long time.

If you have:
Degree in Accounting / Bookkeeping
Expertise in Quickbooks Online
Experience with e-commerce physical product bookkeeping
Familiarity with PST/GST/HST sales tax (Canada)

Scope:
Standard bookkeeping; accounts reconciliation, inventory tracking, profit & loss and balance sheet monthly reporting, missing transaction downloading receipts and adding to invoice management system, extracting input tax credit, assisting with maintaining the ledger properly and promptly.

Sales Sync + Inventory Tracking: A2X
Invoice Management: Dext
Accounting Software: QBo

Ideal applicant has already used all of our apps before and is computer literate so if we have to explore / add other apps it's not a problem.

Must be fluent in English and value strong communication between us to avoid problems and misunderstandings in the first place.
