We are a fast growing production and PR company that helps local businesses with their online reputation and marketing. We are currently looking to bring a lead generation specialist into our team. So we can help more businesses across the country.

Job Responsibilities:

As a lead generator you will responsible for supporting our sales and business development teams by generating and qualifying leads, to pass off to appointment setting team. You will be generating leads using our proprietary lead gen software. Once the leads have been scraped you will be cleaning, sorting and sending the leads out to the appointment setting team.

What we expect:
Be consistent about hitting and exceeding goals – Specifically related to number of leads produced per day, qualified leads passed off per week to appointment setters.
Work within the confines of shifting calendars and schedules
Work with existing marketing and sales team to help generate a steady stream of qualified leads
Report on KPI’s daily and weekly
Log all communication in CRM - “If it’s not in our CRM, it didn’t happen”
Show interest and gain understanding of our target markets, verticals, and specific location terminology

What you’ll bring:
2+ years of lead generation experience
Prior experience working with software
Ability to read and write English proficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven track record of exceeding objectives and goals
A self-driven, ambitious, and professional attitude
Ability to effectively follow directions, take feedback, and be coached as needed
