1. Greets Customer promptly at the service entrance and obtains customer and vehicle information.
2. Prepares Repair Order (R.O.) accurately and completely at all times as follows:
-Customer and vehicle data
-Repairs/services requested by the customer
-complaints as described by the customer
-Establishes mode of payment
-Establishes accurate promise time
-Obtains customer signature
3. Prepares an accurate estimate (parts and labor) of the requested repairs / service.
4. Reviews vehicle repair history using the NIDICS.
5. Reports on the Repair Order all vehicles symptoms as described by the customer using the Trouble Diagnostic Worksheet as required all times.
6. Monitors the progress of repairs and vehicle received for service and updates the customers as needed and notify customers for additional repairs and applicable.
7. Acquires approval from the customer on additional repairs.
8. Promotes accessory and parts sales.
9. Verifies that final reconciles with work performed in the RO.
10. 100% achievement of target sales of 1.3M per month.
11. Consolidates and monitors all pending releases of other Service Advisors to ensure that these are addressed properly.
