Experienced Real Estate Seller Financing Cold Caller

You will be calling agents to see if the seller is interested in seller financing. You must:

1. be able to engage conversations with RE Agents and build relationship with them.

2. have full understanding about seller financing so you'll know what questions to ask and what your responses will be when asked.

3. have no accent and very good English.

4. have noise canceling headset, high speed internet connection, no background noise (like roosters, kids, etc), and a back-up internet connection in case of power interruption.

5. know how to use google sheets to track your calls, make necessary notes and keep records.
