Conduct review and in-depth assessment of SAP financial tickets.
Provide solutions according to its criticality in coordination with the Business Process Owner, Business and Functional Analysts of other modules (Supply Chain, HR) and other relevant units to ensure comprehensive delivery of the IT solution released.
Troubleshoot end user issues and provide helpdesk support. Monitor the ticket dashboard and submit the weekly report to supervisor.
Work closely with the application and maintenance and technical team during the implementation of system fixes and improvements, ensuring business requirement are correctly captured, supporting the preparation of functional specifications.
Test and analyze IT solutions and document the match against business requirements for quality and accuracy.
Analyse, document and translate business requirements into technical for the Maintenance and Technical team.
Review and compile the existing PRISM materials, Ensure that all relevant materials are archived at the end of the process
Perform other duties as assigned.
