Cold caller / wholesale specialist

I am looking to have a cold caller help me find leads and call leads to wholesale to cash buyers. This position is mandatory 5 successful years doing this type calling, with clear English speaking and writing communication. you will need to obviously know how to fill contracts out and find cash buyers and build relationships to assign the contracts.
