Are you experienced with cold calling potential leads and are professional in handling occasional objections? Do you enjoy having steady, routine work and love talking to others?

Then you might be our next Appointment Setter in our Business Development Department. We are looking for someone who enjoys working part-time at a computer, is professional when communicating with potential clients, understands the property management industry, can learn our core values through our onboarding process, and has the ability to be timely with communication. ROLE:
Your job will be to cold call a list of homeowners and investors in Rhode Island and gauge their interest in property ---------- is paramount that you understand what makes our Property Management company different from the rest and share our values with these potential clients! We will be providing you with a list of carefully selected contacts, a script, and a CRM to use. The job is to call the provided contacts, make an introduction, and depending on their responses add them to our CRM database for automated email campaigns. For those that are interested in a followup meeting, the expectation is that you would schedule an appointment with them using our Calendly account.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound Communication:
Call a provided list and document each ---------- monstrate a working knowledge of property management and how our services work (training and information provided by employer)
Are able to clearly communicate the value we bring to the market (information provided)

Scheduling and Software:
Adding all contacts to our CRM (goHighLevel)
Scheduling followup meetings with the owner of the company and the prospects
Follow up with contacts on a regular basis.
All calls are to go through our CRM phone lines.

RESULTS:
All tasks completed by using a shared google sheet, goHighLevel (CRM), and Calendly.
Appointments are scheduled with interested parties.
Every conversation is documented.
Leads are followed up with on a consistent basis per the CRM guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be an excellent english speaker (big plus for spanish as well!).
Must have fast internet access and be able to make calls over the phone or computer.
Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience and availability.
Minimum 8hrs/week, hours are flexible based on the individual's situation.
