JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our online jewelry store team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our English and Spanish-speaking customers. Your excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and passion for the jewelry industry will contribute to creating positive customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, emails, and live chat, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, order tracking, returns, and any other inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog and stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and special offers to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution that exceeds customer expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention, escalating feedback or recurring issues to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, shipping, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our customer service software.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer support.
- Passion for the jewelry industry, with a good understanding of different types of jewelry, materials, and trends.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, Shopify systems
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
