We are a UK based Affiliate Marketing Publisher requiring a Virtual Assistant to join a team of other Filipino online workers.

You'll learn the role of an Account Manager for Affiliate Marketing Publisher accounts, full training given.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the affiliate marketing campaigns of some of our most important customers.

Managing and optimising your assigned accounts, you’ll advise on affiliate marketing concepts to ensure that we get the best returns on our affiliate programs. You’ll successfully manage affiliate relationships and take a proactive approach to resolving any campaign issues.

Your other duties will include:

- Managing existing accounts, re-negotiating deals, building relationships
- Researching and setting up new accounts
- Managing / updating website content that relates to each account
- Training admin staff in the operation of affiliate related tasks
- Providing analysis and reporting on assigned programs

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least one year’s experience working online
- Experience or at least an understanding of online affiliate marketing
- Relationship building experience (or ability) with clients, including strong networking skills
- Confidence to present commercial content to both internal and external groups
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Your own computer with high speed Internet access
- Skype & Gmail account
- Hard working and reliable work ethic
- 'No-distraction' work place in your home

Unflappable and self-motivated, as an Account Manager, you must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a creative, strategic approach.

We require regular communication through Skype. We are 7 hours behind your time (we are Greenwich Mean Time GMT) so when its 3pm your time its 8am our time. We need to communicate on Skype during 3pm-11pm your time. We require regular daily reporting.
