JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team as a key support role for our media buying operations. As a Digital Marketing VA, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and coordinate with a team of media buyers to ensure efficient campaign management and successful execution across various digital advertising platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Operations Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of media buying campaigns.
Provide support to the media buying team, assisting with campaign set up, optimization, and monitoring.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates, with a focus on TikTok advertising.
Coordinate and manage tasks using project management tools, such as Monday board.

Act as the main point of contact and liaison between the Operations Manager and the media buying team, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
Assist in the creation and implementation of digital advertising strategies, including ad copy, creative assets, and landing page optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and strategies, particularly in the realm of media buying and TikTok advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative designers and media buyers, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Help streamline and improve internal processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and experience in media buying, particularly in TikTok/Facebook advertising.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Monday or similar platforms, for task coordination and project tracking.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with diverse Upgrade to see actual infolf-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
