JOB OVERVIEW

We are a serviced apartment provider company based in Hong Kong and we are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team to handle client interaction for the payments side of operations and perform ad-hoc tasks.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with prior experience working for smaller companies. As our virtual assistant, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, specifically for the payments side of our operations. Additionally, you will be required to perform ad-hoc tasks, which may vary from day-to-day.

Responsibilities:
1. Interact with clients regarding their payments and resolve any payment-related queries
2. Process payments on time and ensure accuracy of all payment transactions
3. Manage the payment processing system and ensure that all payments are recorded correctly
4. Communicate with clients on payment due dates and follow up on any late payments
5. Maintain an organized and accurate record of all payment transactions
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:
1. Experience working for smaller companies and managing a dynamic workload
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
6. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
7. Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Working Hours:
This is a fulltime position, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Working hours are from 9AM-12PM and 1PM-6PM.
