Assist in setting up or installing our new software
Responsible for learning and mastering the back-end operations of the software or hardware system in order to educate and assist the team accordingly.
Provide feedback on new updates and features
Frequently check Tech help emails and respond and or escalate to advance tech support from the software provider.
