BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must be amenable to work during U.S. business hours and exclusively for Solar One
Highly proficient in both written and oral English
Quality noise-canceling USB headset and personal computer to be used for work, with a reliable internet connection and in case of loss of power or internet, a backup plan or location that provides power and internet connection within 30 minutes of an outage

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed to practice law in the Philippines
General legal experience
Licensed Attorney or Certified Foreign Legal Consultant (FLC) for California, USA
Familiarity with current technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services, Zoho, etc
