Full Time Virtual Assistant / VA

Rapidly growing US Based e-commerce company looking for a very strong, personable, detail-oriented and conscientious Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us with Customer Service Issues, day-to-day order management and other administrative tasks. We have been in business for about 6+ years and focus on dropshipping high-end relaxation products such as massage chairs, zero gravity recliners, lift chairs, ergonomic office chairs, NIR Saunas and water features. We currently sell across two different Shopify Stores in the following channels: our website ( ---------- and ---------- ), Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and Houzz plus work with the US government. One store does about 95% of our business.

You will be paid a healthy base + commission on every sale that you close.
You will work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm MST.

We have some big goals for the future; could you be the person to help us get there?

Duties will include:
* List products on our shopify store(s), Amazon and ebay.
* Make sure all products are listed across channels as they should be
* Maintain our master price list
* Launch sales on our site and across all channels -- shopify store, Amazon, Ebay, Houzz
* Administrative tasks - clean out email box, answer emails, order management and processing
* Handle any customer service issues that arise
* Be available and open to helping our Team whenever necessary

About you:
* Fluent (almost native) English verbal and written skills; very personable on the phone and easy to connect with.
* Hungry and excited to make things happen
* Quick learner; someone who likes to jump in and help make things better
* Detail-oriented and well organized
* Experience with Shopify, Amazon and eBay—or the willingness to jump in and learn quickly
* Light coding experience -- we can also train ---------- ne of us had any official coding experience before. This is mainly for our product listings.
* Access to photoshop. This is not absolutely necessary, but would be nice as it will greatly help you with your product uploads and streamline the process.

You do not need to know how to do all of this upfront.
