Virtual Part-Time Video Editor and Graphic Designer - Real Estate Team

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Virtual Part-Time Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our real estate ---------- this role, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing videos related to real estate listings and agent marketing, as well as creating visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials. This is a part-time position (15-25 hours/week), offering flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
* Edit and enhance real estate videos, including property tours, virtual walkthroughs, and agent promotional videos.
* Ensure videos are visually appealing, with smooth transitions, appropriate pacing, and engaging storytelling.
* Incorporate branding elements, text overlays, and relevant information into the videos.
* Create high-quality graphic designs for marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
* Collaborate with the real estate team to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Stay updated with current real estate trends and industry standards for video editing and graphic design.
* Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
* Provide creative input and suggestions to improve video and graphic content.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a video editor and graphic designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Canva).
* Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
* Excellent visual and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the real estate team remotely.
* Knowledge of current trends in real estate marketing, video editing, and graphic design.
* Portfolio showcasing previous video editing.
