Real Estate Video Editor | Davinci Resolve / Premiere Pro

I am looking for an expert video editor to edit luxury real estate videos. Most videos are around 1-2 minutes in length, and we would like to have 10-15 second Instagram reels to be created from highlights of the videos. This position will start off on a project-by-project basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

FORMATS:
- Horizontal 4K
- Vertical 1080p (Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts)

STYLE:
- Cinematic Look & Feel (cinematic music)
- Trendy Reels Edits
- Smooth Speed Ramps
- Day-to-night transitions
- SFX & Sound Design (whoosh, ambiance, outdoor foley, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must speak FLUENT English
- Be able to match editing styles of video examples (see links below)
- Motion Graphics are a plus but not 100% necessary
- Edit with Proxies
- Edit in Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
- Work with ---------- or a similar collaborative editor
