Popcorn Shed is in its sixth year of trading and experiencing rapid growth having secured wholesale listings with a number of leading wholesalers and retailers as well as a burgeoning online direct-to-consumer business

**The Job**

• We require an individual to assist the business with various administration tasks. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, is task-oriented, and is motivated by completing tasks. If you’ll go above and beyond to assist the team, our customers, data entry, and other general admin tasks, then this sounds like the role for you!

***SALES ADMINISTRATION***
• Sales: 1-7 hours a week (depending on the time of year and B2B customer enquiries.
• Completing new line forms and new business forms.
• Updating spreadsheets with product and company information.
• Check sample sends and flag ones that are not moving/tracking is not updating.
• Sending buyers links to spec sheets.
• Unsubscribing Hard Bounced emails and replacing with alternative email addresses where given on CRM databases Freshsales & Mailchimp
• All customers that have ordered, enter into Thank you workflow.
• All updates on listing to Ankorstore and Faire and other B2B platforms.
• Setting up Popcorn Shed with all product listings on new B2B platforms.

***CUSTOMER SERVICE***
• Responding to all customer service queries across B2C channels including Amazon, Shopify and Dropships based on a clear set of workflows
• Raising claims with fulfilment house for lost / late parcels.
• Responding to allergen information emails.

***OPERATIONS***
• Processing D2C dropship orders from dropship platform into IMS software. Marketplaces include NOTHS, Etsy, Ebay, Fodabox, The Range, Debenhams & Virgin Experience Days.
• Inputting the tracking details back into the respective D2C platform once orders have been dispatched.
• Supporting the Operations Executive with raising B2B invoices.

***PROJECTS - Ad-hoc***
• Updating spec sheets into new format
• Preparing product related spreadsheets and documents
• B2B CRM database management; updating job titles using LinkedIn.

***B2C - Ad-hoc***
• Replicating product listings across B2C marketplaces including uploading photos, copying and pasting product information, copying and pasting pricing information.

***HOURS***

• We are looking for 20 hours a week initially (average 4 hours per day)
• Our strong preference is to have those hours fall within 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday UK time (GMT).

***TRAINING***
• Video training will be provided online


***REMUNERATION***
We will pay $2 - $5 per hour dependent on experience.
