Small real estate brokerage looking for full time administrative support person who is reliable, conscientious, responsible and committed. I will give you the respect and training you need, and add duties/tasks as you master them. You will not be expected to meet unrealistic goals.
Set hours are 8 pm to midnight, your time. The balance of the work hours can be at your schedule.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, PDF creation, Skype
Ability to work independently and multi-task priorities, learn new systems, an eye for detail, and good communication skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Email Management
Task/Event Tracking
Ad postings
Database Management
Responding to Phone Inquiries
Forms Management
Administrative Support Duties
Additional duties may be added, dependent upon your skill set.
