Job Description
Posting ads on Facebook Marketplace, ---------- , and other ghost listing sites.
Responding to all inquiries via email, messenger, DM, etc.
Adding contact & prospect information to Hubspot CRM.
Learning & Organizing all Features, Offerings & Amenities of the Apartment Building(s)
Creating SOP's for all new tasks in order to make growth of department more feasible.
Scheduling Appointments with Apartment Representative & Prospects (and adding to our Calendar)
Provide Brokers or Showing Agent with expansive information on the Building they are visiting
Request Flyers from our 3 Graphic Designers to create & test the best Advertisement for Posting

Hours
Prepare to clock in 10am EST to 3pm EST every single day.
We can consider two days off and extending hours after first weeks when we view the pattern of the prospects.
We will need weekends to be worked as mentioned prior.

Getting Started
1. Watch Tutorials & take notes of following platforms:
- Facebook Marketplace, Hubspot CRM (contact information only), ----------
2. Create short gmail with your nickname and the word "Strike" in it.
3. Request Rental Related Videos of Strike University from our Staff : BackOffice
4. Request Hubspot CRM invite & Dropbox Credentials from BackOffice
5. Present notes that show your understanding & hours logged to CEO via whatsapp
6. Prepare to clock in next day and post older ads found on Dropbox in order to practice on lower qualified prospects before updating ads with luxury buildings
7. Search for luxury apartment buildings on Google maps in Miami and call them asking if they offer Agent Compensation and ask how much, build a database around this information
8. Build info sheets around the buildings offering commission and begin to compile photos from the building to add to a folder and send to graphic designer to create design before posting
