CEBU CITY BASED - Medical Billing Manager

HEALTHCARE MEDICAL BILLING INDUSTRY

** Applicants should be a resident of Cebu or willing to work in Cebu**

This is a hybrid setup job. The ideal candidate would have 5-8 years of medical billing experience with progressive
responsibilities. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to demonstrate analytical
problem-solving skills. Previous experience leading a ---------- legation of work as
appropriate. Solving at the lowest level possible.  Audit experience with the ability to coach
in person or remotely. Multi-specialty experience preferred.
 
General understanding of the full revenue cycle ---------- ep understanding of payer
requirements and ability to identify payer policies. Oral and written communication skills.
Ability to follow client directives.

Prior Experience with:

o Claims submission
- Electronic and paper

o Clearinghouse rejections
- Prior experience working with multiple clearinghouses
- Ability to troubleshoot submission errors 
- General understanding of electronic loops and segments

o Payment Posting
- Experienced with electronic and paper payment processing
- Extensive experience with denials and bundled procedures with the ability to
distinguish between denials that should be adjusted versus appealed

o Extensive A/R (Accounts Receivable) Experience
- Denials
- A/R Follow up
- Detailed notes following outlined format
- Experience with flat ratepayers
