Excec Assistant for an ecom brand owner

Hi there,

My name is Duy Nguyen.

I started 2 ecom brands with my wife, and we’re running them with a small team of high-energy & driven people.

I need help.

As our businesses grow, my list of responsibilities expands.

I need someone who can:

- Oversee communications
- Outgoing communications
- Internally: Among our team
- Lots of assistant-nature tasks:
- Making sure deadlines are being hit (super important)
- Calendar and emails
- Documenting processes and making improvements.

As I’ve never hired for this position before, the scope of work will change. That’ll also mean you’ll get to learn new skills all the time.

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Has great people skills. Knows how to communicate and get your point across (!)
- HAS EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOMATIONS is a big plus (Zapier, Make etc). If you do, make sure to mention that in the application form.
- Is meticulously good with building systems and processes
- Wants to learn new skills
- Doesn’t need my attention all the time and can adapt quickly
