Facility Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to check and test the machines pre and post-operation
2. Securing all the machine guards are fully installed to avoid a possible accident
3. Ensuring the machines are properly maintained based on the established Preventive Maintenance Plan established by the heads and based on the advice of the Supplier
4. Prompted action during the ongoing machine breakdowns, knowledgeable trouble shooting of electro-mechanical aspect of the machine
5. Maintain the allowable spear of the Machine’s parts based on the established risk assessment
6. Securing the sectional cleaning of the machine and machine parts
7. Knowledgeable of machines behavior (sounds and running conditions)
8. Sustaining the operation smoothly
9. Establish procedures and policies regarding machine behavior and capacity
10. Perform other duties assigned
11. Can work with minimal supervisor
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Mechanical Engineer
-Licensed Mechanical Engineer
-With work experience as Facility Engineer
