ABOUT US
We are an online furniture business that is owned and operated in Australia - you will work with two of our brands.
ABOUT THE JOB
* Customer service on weekends with the potential of weekdays later on.
* Hours will range from 3-10 + hours a week (could be more, could be less)
* Starts at $3 USD per hour, increasing to $4-$5 USD per hour after 1 month trial period
REQUIREMENTS
(you will not be considered if you do not tick all of these boxes)
* You must have worked with an Australian company prior and be familiar of how Australian addresses work and what they look like - you must provide proof of having worked with an Australia company.
* You must have worked in customer service for a minimum of 2 years.
* You must be able to have perfect attention to detail.
* You must be available during the day on a Saturday and Sunday.
* Must be able to get Whatsapp and have it as your contact method during the times above ^.
* You must put ORDERBZRC in your subject to be considered.
* You must have worked with Gorgias in the past with a minimum of 1 years experience - SUPER IMPORTANT! Do not apply if you have not worked in
* Expansive Spreadsheet knowledge (for future tasks and more hours)
