Email Marketing Auditor

We are an established email marketing agency in search of a diligent Klaviyo Account Auditor. Your role is essential to the success of our client relationships, as you'll ensure the quality of their email marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. This position is full time and remote.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular audits on Klaviyo accounts for consistency and quality assurance.
- Identify opportunities for optimization within client email marketing strategies.
- Analyze performance data and create reports detailing your findings.
- Collaborate closely with our team to implement and monitor changes based on your audits.
- Stay updated on Klaviyo updates and email marketing best practices.


Ideal Candidate:

- Solid experience with Klaviyo and a deep understanding of email marketing principles.
- Proven track record in conducting thorough, effective audits.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must Haves:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo accounts

Klaviyo Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Klaviyo's platform and features.

Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools with at least 2 years of experience interpreting complex data to drive actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: Evidence of meticulous work habits in previous roles, especially in an email marketing context.

Time Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage workloads effectively, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality results in previous roles.


Email Marketing Background: A degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience in the email marketing sector would be advantageous.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML and CSS would be a plus as it might be necessary for email design and layout tweaks.
