Accountant with QuickBooks Online Experience

Looking for an accountant (not just a bookkeeper) with 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop experience would be appreciated as well. Our company is in the precious metals industry. We are a gold and silver mint. We produce gold and silver coins for our customers.

Work would include:

1. Daily Reconciliation with QBO and the Bank Account.
2. Weekly Reconciliation with Credit Cards.
3. Accounts Receivable and Payable
4. Develop and Maintain our Inventory Management Systems
5. Run Weekly Payroll and make sure Payroll Taxes are being filed and paid correctly.
6. Monthly preparation of Financial Reports - (Balance Sheet, Profit/Loss, Cash Flow)
7. Create and maintain the Depreciation Schedule of Equipment.
8. Submission of reports to government agencies.
9. Weekly Updating of Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
10. Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Slides, Meet, Drive)
11. Propose, Create, and Maintain additional Adhoc Reports to give Financial and Operational visibility into the company.
12. Potentially train, manage, and supervise other Accountants as we add additional tea ---------- mbers.

This position is starting at 60+k php monthly but will consider something higher for the right person. This position is full-time and working for another company at the same time won't be considered.
