Hello,

Do you have what it takes to create beautiful, converting web pages and marketing pieces? If you are a creative developer with a strong understanding of responsive design, and have a passion for communicating value through web content & interaction, and are experienced in all aspects of web design and development then this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Re-design, design, and create webpages & websites
- Create long-form HTML pages
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability
- Create ecommerce websites and solutions
- Build and implement plugins
- Integrate with payment gateways, and API’s
- Create website content, graphics, emails, inventory & data entry
- Create social media content & create and edit videos
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Ensuring high-performance and managing all the technical aspects of our websites
- Troubleshooting website issues.
- Create email marketing, and sms marketing campaigns
- Assist in research & provide executive assistance


Must have skills in the following:
- Expert in HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, JAVASCRIPT, and other languages
- Able to develop ideas and processes, and clearly express them
- Expert in Web design & page layout
- Expert in graphic design, and video editing
- Expert in WordPress platform, themes, plugins, and custom scripts.
- Expert in building and implementing new plugins, API integration, use of JASPER and CHAT GPT
- Knowledgeable in Google Tools (Analytics, Console, Webmasters)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite
- Expert in all aspects of digital marketing (Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube ..etc)
- Able to solve complex problems
- Expert in data scrubbing is plus
- Real estate experience is a plus


REQUIREMENTS:

- Have at least 3 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Has a reliable working PC and a noise-canceling headset
- Must have or can add a dual monitor setup
- Must have good internet speed
- Quiet work environment at home
- Must speak and write English fluently
