Social Media WIX Manager

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team at ---------- . Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.

Utilize social media analytics to track and analyse the performance of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new social media platforms relevant to the eCommerce industry.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the eCommerce ---------- monstrated success in managing social media platforms for eCommerce businesses and driving engagement and sales.

Proficiency in building an eCommerce store from scratch, including experience with platforms such as Wix.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest, and their respective advertising and analytics tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for various social media platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns to attract and retain our target audience.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
