Sales person

Mindscape Innovation is currently recruiting Salespersons who are highly motivated and driven to join our team. This opportunity is 100% commission-based and project-based, specifically for a one-month email campaign. After the campaign, the compensation structure will transition to a basic starting rate of $8 per hour for this startup. With bonuses and incentives per closing deal, this role offers unlimited income potential.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Any nationality or gender
Can do cold calling software dialer provided
